Počas svojho pobytu v hoteli som si užíval všetko (bohužiaľ iba jednu noc). Izba bola veľmi komfortne vybavená vrátane klimatizácie, rýchleho WIFI pripojenia, perín, rôznych toaletných potrieb a sušiča vlasov. Toalety boli dezinfikované. Najväčšou prednosťou bola reštaurácia, vynikajúce spracovanie jedál, najmä špargľovej kuchyne. Veľmi profesionálny a rýchly servis. Čašníčky a recepčné hovoria dobre po anglicky. K dispozícii je aj wellness centrum, ktoré som nemal možnosť pre nedostatok času vyskúšať.

Zamestnanci recepcie sú extrémne milí a dobre anglicky hovoriaci. Izba je mimoriadne čistá, s pohodlnou posteľou, veľkou TV, minibarom, klimatizáciou a základnými toaletnými potrebami (holiaca sada, zubná kefka, sada na šitie, tampónová sada atď.)
